APLUS provides a variety of programs & courses to enrich your student’s education and provide the best learning opportunities.
Enrichment Courses
Our enrichment courses are offered in the Fall & Spring semesters (16-weeks each). These courses are meant to supplement what your student is learning in school with enhanced and deeper curriculum, tailored teaching, and smaller class sizes to ensure your student is receiving individualized attention.
Math Enrichment Courses
Students simultaneously learn new mathematical concepts and review old concepts to eradicate learning gaps.
Writing Enrichment Courses
The courses are designed with the ideals of the College Board’s Advanced Placement English courses in mind.
Test Strategy Preparation Courses
Our Test Prep Programs have been helping students achieve high standardized test scores since 2006. We aim to make sure your student is armed with the best test strategies and have all the test-taking skills they need for success.
SAT
SAT is a critical component of the college application process. We offer several types of SAT prep courses to best prep your student for success.
Elementary/Intermediate/Advanced Test Strategy Prep
Prepare for the prestigious middle and high school magnet programs aimed at highly motivated and talented students.
Tutoring & Advisory
Our Tutoring & Advisory services provides your student with individual attention and learning support. This is a great option for those who are needing a more flexible schedule, or for those who need extra instruction in a certain subject area.
Tutoring
Your child will receive individual attention from one of our many knowledgeable, experienced, and professional tutors.
Advisory
Provides action and strategic planning for those graduating from high school to college.
Summer Camp
Since 1999, APLUS academic summer camp has been known for its excellent quality in both instructors and curriculum. A variety of course choices are offered in test preparation, humanities, and math. Whether to advance or to improve their academic abilities, students will find the summer camp very helpful and engaging.
AM or PM Camp
Programs are designed for 3rd through 10th grade students to advance their skills and provide them with academic stimulation over the summer.
Evening Programs
Competitive five-week preview courses offered to high school students at a time most convenient for them – early evening.
Back-to-School Warm-Up
Perfect for students to warm up and review concepts from the previous year before a new school year begins.
Summer SAT/PSAT Prep
An excellent opportunity for high school students, as well as 8th graders who want to take John Hopkins CTY eligibility screening, to practice and get familiar with these critical tests.
College Application and Essay Boot Camp
This boot camp provides both juniors and seniors an opportunity to understand all the variables and challenges in the college application process, most notably: the personal statement.
Open House and Placement Test
A placement test is recommended to take APLUS Education AM Camp and PM CAMP courses.
