When my son started the applications for private high schools, we found the most daunting task was to prepare the essays. Essays play a crucial role here. It's very similar to selling a product in the market, how to find, address and emphasize the strongest merits in order to sell it successfully. We came to APLUS and worked with Ms. K. She helped our son to address his strengths and capabilities, such as his outstanding academics, including high GPAs and high test scores; his achievements in sports; and his talents in music, including the experiences at MCYO. I'm sure the students can write their own essays, but the trained eye of Ms. K very often pinpointed where in the essays that my son could elaborate more, replenish more, or cut in with a different angle to enhance and improve the essays. Working with Ms. K is an invaluable experience with her deep well of wisdom, knowledge and proficiency. My son got in the STEM program with the most honored presidential scholarship! He won't be there without the help of Ms. K and APLUS advisory program. Many, many thanks!

My son went there two times. First time to prepare for Magnet test (he passed it with colors). Last time it was for SAT Boot Camp. The programs, in general, are very demanding but so efficiently organized that students cope with rigid requirements easily. APLUS programs are perfectly calibrated for students with different levels of preparedness. Teachers are easy to talk to and maintain positive, yet proper, vibes conducive to a fun and productive learning experience. Both, teachers and admin staff, are friendly and very supporting.
